Three imaginative young men in New York have created a magical tool—an industrial-strength selfie stick, long and big enough to support an entire laptop.

The Macbook Selfie Stick functions just like a smartphone selfie stick—except that it can fit a full-size notebook computer in its grips.

Created by American artists Moises, John Yuyi, and Tom Galle, the Macbook Selfie Stick is, at this stage, still just an art project. A lot of people seem unfazed by the creation. After all, carrying around a laptop and hoisting it up for a picture is certainly cumbersome.
不过，由美国艺术家莫希斯、约翰·余艺和汤姆·盖伊共同创制的这种苹果笔记本自拍杆，现阶段还只是一个艺术项目。很多人似乎对这一发明无动于衷。毕竟，带着个手提电脑、高高举起拍照确实够笨重的。

Canadian woman Lindsay Istace has created a unique "Rage Yoga" that combines regular yoga poses with swear words, offensive gestures, and beer, as a way for participants to let go of their rage.
加拿大女子林赛?伊斯塔斯独创了一种与众不同的“愤怒瑜伽”。这种瑜伽将传统的瑜伽动作与脏话、冒犯性手势和啤酒结合在一起，成为练习者泄愤的一种途径。
Lindsay says she came up with the idea while going through a painful breakup. She started swearing and screaming during her yoga practice, and that helped her get over her issues with addiction and anger.
林赛说她是在经历一段失恋的痛苦时想到了这个主意。那时她练瑜伽开始飙脏话、怒吼，而这帮助她发泄了愤怒，解脱了痛苦。
“When you create a space for yourself to be angry and to swear and shout, you’ll find it’s hard to take yourself so seriously,” she says.

Although Rage Yoga has been criticized by some yoga instructors, Lindsay and her students enjoy the unorthodox style just the same. She says, "Different things work for different people and not everyone has to be on board."
虽然“愤怒瑜伽”遭到了一些瑜伽教练的批评，但林赛和她的学生却很享受这种非传统的运动方式。她表示：“不同的方式对不同的人有效，不必人人一致。”
